**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Set up VMC machines** by installing and aligning tools, fixtures, and materials.
- **Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and job orders** to determine machine settings and cutting paths.
- Select and install proper tools, jigs, and fixtures as per machining requirements.
- Perform **machine offsets, tool wear compensation, and tool changes** accurately.
- **Operate VMC machines** to perform precision machining of metal parts.
- Conduct **first-piece inspection** and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy.
- Continuously monitor the machining process for quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy using precision measuring instruments (e.g., vernier, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, etc.).
- Perform **troubleshooting and minor maintenance** of machines.
- Ensure adherence to **safety procedures and quality standards.**:

- Collaborate with programmers and quality inspectors to optimize productivity.
- Maintain **production records and daily activity logs.**

**Preferred**:

- Experience in **investment casting or precision machining industries**.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
