Job Title VMC Supervisor Purpose To Supervise and Manage all activities and manpower of VMC area Reports to Production Engineer Key Responsibilities Must Include ISO Awareness Responsible to manage full VMC area including manpower Setters Operators and production planning Must have strong knowledge of tooling fixture programing and setup of VMC machine Must be able to do quick trouble shooting Responsible to maintain Program Drive DNC and Program Backups where require Responsible for continual improvement in VMC area regarding quality quantity and cost Responsible to train allotted VMC setters and operators related all requirement of VMC area Responsible to lead VMC area MRB Responsible to brainstorm with setters and operators regarding issues rejection of VMC with root cause analysis corrective action and preventive action prior moving parts to MRB Must be able to Modify Correcting Program Setup as per requirement by discussing with process engineer Responsible to check and collect new required items and tooling for VMC from store at defined area Responsible to monitor setup of parts on machine as per production plan with documented inspection and quality clearance in defined targeted time Responsible to achieve targeted production by reviewing output of all machine as per proven cycle time as well as discussing with setters Responsible to manage allotted manpower by skills and product requirements with discipline Responsible to provide Job Card Drawing SOP Inspection reports Check Sheets and all other documents related to VMC area with help of other line supervisors quality engineer and production engineer Responsible to maintain daily production report setup records rejection records of VMC area on time Requisite Criteria Age Minimum 22 years Gender Male Education Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience Min 3 to 4 Years of experience in VMC machining activity Skills Required Special Skills and Abilities computer language interpersonal skills etc Must possess good written oral and interpersonal communication skills Must be capable of working with people in multiple disciplines within the company Must be able to independently prioritize workload Must be proficient with basic computer usage Must possess good organizational and planning skills Must have good decision making ability Good logic and problem solving skills
