**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC/VMC machines for aluminum die casting components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process sheets.
- Install, align, and secure fixtures, tooling, and workpieces.
- Adjust machine settings to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
- Perform basic programming edits and offset adjustments on the machine control panel.
- Monitor machine operations and ensure quality output through first piece and in-process inspection.
- Identify and resolve minor machine and tooling issues during production.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols around the machine area.
- Coordinate with production supervisors and quality inspectors for efficient workflow.

**Requirements**:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, Turner, or Tool & Die.
- Hands-on experience in CNC/VMC setting (preferably Fanuc, Siemens, or Haas controls).
- Strong knowledge of die casting machining process and tolerances.
- Ability to use measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming and tool offsets.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
