- **Machine Setup**:
**Operational Duties**:

- **Maintenance Support**:

- Perform daily and routine maintenance checks on machines.
- Report any issues to the maintenance or engineering team.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain setup sheets, inspection reports, and production logs.
- Record tool changes, downtime, and any deviations.
- **Safety & Cleanliness**:

- Follow all safety protocols.
- Keep the work area and machine clean and organized.
- Set up and prepare HMC/VMC machines for production.
- Install and align tools, jigs, and fixtures.
- Load the required CNC program into the machine.
- **Program Understanding**:

- Read and interpret technical drawings and CNC programs (G-code).
- Make minor modifications to programs if necessary (if within allowed scope).
- **Tooling and Calibration**:

- Select and install correct tools and holders.
- Perform tool offset setting, tool life monitoring, and calibration.
- Check and adjust cutting conditions like feed rate and spindle speed.
- **First Piece Inspection**:

- Conduct first-piece inspection using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, vernier calipers, height gauges).
- Ensure dimensions are within tolerance before mass production.
- **Machine Monitoring**:

- Monitor the machine during the initial production run to ensure consistent output.
- Address minor machine errors or issues as they arise.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
