**Position: VMC Setter**

**Qualification: ITI /Diploma/BE(Mechanical/CAD-CAM/Production Engineering)**

Reporting To**:Supervisor/Operation Manager.**

We are looking for **VMC Setter Operator** with following capabilities.
- Proven experience as **VMC operator.**
- Experience on Control like **HAAS, Mitsubishi and Fanuc.**
- Knowledge of **Cutting Tools**and **Cutting Parameters.**
- Knowledge of **G Code - M Code.**
- Expertise in operating **VMC machine and tooling** as well as precision measurement tools
- Prepare daily **production report.**
- Ability to read and understand **engineering drawings.**
- Computer knowledge with basic understanding of computer programming and **CAD/CAM**.
- Having expertise in handling measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, Height **gauge (TRIMOS),** **Micrometer, Radius Gauge, Go-No Go Gauge, Thread Gauge, Slip Gauges, etc.**
- Knowledge of **GD&T.**
- Coordinate with QC team and ensure **Quality of parts**.
- Mechanical Engineering skill and good **mathematical skill.**
- Ability to give training to **trainee Operator.**
- **Good communication**abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and **result-driven approach.**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
