**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**:

- Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to students and parents.
- Understand students' career aspirations and academic interests to provide tailored guidance.
- Offer insights into different career paths, courses, and institutions related to CAT, CLAT, IPMAT, and CUET.
- **Information Dissemination**:

- Explain the structure, requirements, and preparation strategies for CAT, CLAT, IPMAT, and CUET.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in these exams and disseminate this information to students.
- **Guidance and Support**:

- Assist students in creating effective study plans and schedules.
- Provide resources and recommend study materials and coaching classes.
- Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback and motivation.
- **Workshops and Seminars**:

- Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and webinars on exam preparation, time management, and career planning.
- Collaborate with faculty members to design and deliver effective preparatory sessions.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.
- Participate in the center’s promotional activities and open houses.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Network with alumni and industry professionals to provide students with real-world insights and opportunities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in career counseling are preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in educational counseling or similar roles.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of entrance exams like CAT, CLAT, IPMAT, and CUET.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Empathy and patience to understand and support students’ needs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online counseling tools.
- **Personality Traits**: Motivated, approachable, and a proactive problem-solver with a passion for helping students succeed.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position based in Gurgaon DLF IV Centre.
- Occasional weekend and evening work to accommodate students’ schedules.
- Participation in career fairs and educational events may be required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
