**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and prepare detailed cost estimates for precast construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather project-specific information for accurate estimations
- Establish and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and monitoring budget variances
- Regularly update project budgets to reflect changes and deviations from the initial estimates
- Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements of project components
- Verify the accuracy of quantities provided by contractors and subcontractors
- Implement cost control procedures and processes to manage project expenditures
- Monitor project costs and cash flow, identifying potential cost overruns or savings opportunities
- Collaborate with the procurement team to evaluate and select subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintain thorough documentation of all cost-related activities and decisions
- Submitting payment claims and follow up contractual obligations.
- Traveling from the office to various sites as required.

**Qualification**:Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.

**Experience**:

- 5-8 years of Experience in Precast/Construction companies in Quantity Surveying
- Construction estimating or finance experience will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Relevant license may be required.
- Experience with CAD software.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
