**Key Accountabilities**:
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Collaborate with the recruitment team and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy for all the Hiring demands.
- Write effective job adverts and post them on various job boards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence in talent acquisition Industry, and provide recommendations to optimize sourcing strategies, Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

**Skills & Experience**:
**You’ll need to demonstrate**:

- 3+ years of Sourcing Experience with Excellent communications skills (Verbal & Written).
- Proven sourcing and effective stakeholder management skills.
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
- Expertise in Leadership hiring and Volume hiring delivery.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing technology and industry trends.
- Organizational skills and ability to project prioritize effectively.
- Must have knowledge of MS Office.
- Minimum
- Graduate/Bachelors in any stream.
