- This role needs coordination with Category Management, Sourcing Lead, and Sourcing Support teams for Contract Requirements, and work with different levels of personnel including legal and regulatory affairs within the organization to analyze and solidify an overall contract strategy_

- Responsibilities_
- _Drive the End-to-end contract management process including contract authoring, red-lining, negotiations and approvals_
- _Collaborate closely with the Category Management, Internal legal dept. and Vendors as required to get contracts published once sourcing has been completed and a vendor has been selected_
- _Report status of current contract processes to management_
- _Resolve any existing contract conflicts and ensure that RFP proposals are reflected in final agreements_
- _Serve as a liaison between internal and external parties during contract development and negotiation stages_
- _Negotiate terms, conditions and if needed to a limited extent commercial terms, and ensure they are accurately executed and satisfied_
- _Ensure appropriate templates for contracts are used and laisse with legal if needed to review vendor paper_
- _Maintain contract templates and own the contract approval flow of executed sourcing activities_

- _Ensure SLAs around the contracting process like TAT for contract, contract accuracy, etc._
- _Help develop MIS around the SLAs around the contracting process_
- _Assist and guide Engagement owners/partners within the business on contract process questions_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Minimum Bachelor’s Degree - B.Com,_
- _M.COM/MBA with at least relevant experience in managing contracts._
- _Excellent comm. skills - Verbal & Written_
- _Must be detailed oriented, organized, with a great sense of urgency, and hardworking_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Ability to work independently, multitask and take ownership_
- _Working with multiple stakeholders to implement solutions_
