Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Experience Required: [10+ Years]

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, rate analysis, and tender documentation.
- Manage tendering, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow to ensure financial control.
- Conduct cost planning, value engineering, and risk analysis.
- Certify contractor bills, variations, and claims.
- Prepare MIS reports, cost reports, and financial statements for management.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Mentor junior QS staff and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certifications (RICS, MRICS, AIQS, ICES, etc.) desirable.
- 8-15 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost management, and contracts.
- Proficiency in QS tools/software (e.g., CostX, Candy, MS Excel, AutoCAD).
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in large-scale infrastructure or international projects.
- Exposure to BIM-based quantity take-offs and digital QS tools.
