**Roles & Responsibilities or **Managing points (Key KPI/KRA’s)**:

- You need to have customer obsession and attention to detail.
- Understand the business requirements, customer journeys and translate into detailed product requirements.
- You need to own the product roadmap and realize the roadmap as per the aligned timelines.
- Work in cutting edge connected user journeys that revolutionize mobility experience.
- Work horizontally with the teams to achieve the product experience outcomes.
- Manage execution for owned product line(s) from product definition, planning to production release, incremental updates, and end of life.
- Build Strategies for driving the eCommerce sales through Online & retail Channels.
- Define & instrument the success metrics for each of the product features.
- Collaborate closely with the software development teams to execute the planned features.
- Track & monitor quantitative and qualitative usage of the launched features and optimize product offerings to improve user engagement.
- Adequate knowhow of software technologies to solve user pain points.
- Creating Design of Experiments (DOEs) to validate assumptions and performance.
- Great communication skills and fast learner of technologies.
- Understand the business requirements and translate into detailed product requirements.
- Share wins and accolades with technical colleagues. Put your team and your technical colleagues before you, for recognition.
- Mentor a team of junior product managers

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of overall experience, bachelor’s degree in engineering or MBA from a premium institute or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Owner or Product Manager or equivalent role preferably working in Internet based product companies specialized in e-commerce or smart mobility or automotive connected software & systems with a track record of launching & scaling products.
- Experience in managing and mentoring teams
- Background in software development is an added benefit, however not necessary.
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
- Working knowledge of product development architecture
- Ability to prioritize effectively.
- Working experience with software product development collaboration tools like Jira, confluence.
- Preferably from Auto Manufacturing & Retail Domain.
- Experience in handling Global platforms.
- Experience with user research tools and user-testing tools
- Working understanding of design of experiments (DOEs), ability to mine data using standard tools, generate insights with BI/Application Performance Monitoring tools is mandatory.
