**Position: Junior US Recruiter**

**Location: Hinjewadi, Pune**

**Shift: Night Shift, 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST.**

**Looking for freshers with Good communication skills and willing to work in night shift.**
- Work together with employers to better understand the key requirements for a position
- Make sure that the potential employees have necessary IT skills to meet client needs
- Screen IT experts in a very specialised manner in order to determine their competency
- Remain at the forefront of the most recent market trend
- Illustrate the benefits of the company’s pay plan and aid in navigating any negotiations over

**Key Responsibilities**:

- We are looking for IT Technical Recruiter for US Staffing
- Responsible for handling IT requirements and working Directly with Clients.
- Need to have knowledge of Tax terms like C2C, W2, and 1099.
- Experience Working on C2C, C2H, W2 consultants.
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva, LinkedIn), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Responsibilities include understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Must be prompt in responding on time to consultants, Vendors, and Clients.
- Must have excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Update and maintain daily / weekly / monthly reports of Interviews.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
