Job Title: Receptionist/Customer Relationship Manager
Location: Wadala East, Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 2 - 3 years
**Salary**: Up to 20,000/ Month + Annual Bonus
Employment Type: Full time
Workdays: Monday to Saturday
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the end-to-end order processing from receipt to delivery ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient order handling.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, including timely updates and resolution of issues.
- Maintain and regularly update customer information in Excel and ERP software.
- Follow up on payments and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Collect feedback, address concerns, and encourage repeat orders through ongoing engagement.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Minimum HSC (12 th pass); a Bachelor s degree in any field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in customer service, reception, or CRM roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems.
- Ability to manage time, multitask, and work in a fast paced environment.
- Customer focused mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
