**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents regarding course options, career paths, and eligibility
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions
- Conduct one-on-one or group counselling sessions
- Maintain records of student interactions and updates
- Help organize seminars, demo sessions, and promotional events
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams
- Address student concerns and ensure satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (BA, BCom/MCOM, BCA, Btech)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
- Confident & convincing skills
- Prior experience in counselling/admissions is a plus
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
