The Telemarketer will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and driving sales through effective communication. This role requires a self-motivated individual who is passionate about home decor and skilled in making impactful phone calls to engage leads and close sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads, promoting the company's home decor products and services.
- Qualify leads by identifying customer needs, preferences, and purchasing potential.
- Effectively pitch home decor products, providing detailed information on features, pricing, and promotions.
- Schedule follow-up calls or appointments with customers interested in purchasing or learning more.
- Upsell or cross-sell products to existing or potential customers, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s product catalog, promotions, and seasonal offerings to answer customer questions confidently.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and follow-up.
- Record all interactions, leads, and sales progress in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Report on sales progress, lead conversion rates, and performance metrics to the Sales or Marketing Manager.
- Stay updated on industry trends and home decor innovations to engage customers effectively.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (home decor or retail industry experience is a plus).
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
- Comfortable with cold calling and following up on leads in a sales-driven environment.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong desire to meet sales goals.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
