**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce and promote products or services.
- Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the system.
- Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and promotions.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, or product demos as required.
- Follow up on leads and referrals to generate new business.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the department.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Maintain a professional tone and attitude with customers at all times.
- Update the customer database and ensure all information is accurate.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Good listening skills and ability to ask the right questions.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English, Hindi.(Multilingual always preferred)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in telecalling or telemarketing.
- Knowledge of the industry/product being offered is an advantage.
