Reporting to: Executive Chef
- Pantry, Tea, Commissary, Hot Kitchen and work to their best ability under the chef in charge to prepare food.
- Ensures correct and safe use of all equipment machinery and tools.
- Always maintain high standards of food hygiene cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen storage fridge’s and freezers.
- Maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times. Keep the work area fresh all through the shift.
- Assisting in basic prep of food under the supervision of Executive / Head Chef.
- Portion, arrange, and garnish food ready for service.
- Substitute for or assist other cooks during emergencies or rush periods.
- Serve menu items compliant with established standards
- Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices
- Assist with all duties as assigned by Kitchen Manager

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
