**Position Overview**:
The Social Media Executive will play a critical role in enhancing client brands and building strong online communities across multiple social media platforms. As a key member of the digital marketing team, you will work closely with the creative and strategy teams to execute social media strategies, drive brand engagement, and ensure content consistency across channels. You will manage social media calendars, analyze performance, and continuously adapt strategies to keep up with the latest digital trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Social Media Strategy:

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute monthly social media strategies for agency clients.
- Research and craft engaging brand captions and copy for all social media postings.
- Assist in growing the agency and client brands by increasing awareness and engagement through social platforms.

Content Management:

- Schedule and monitor postings to maintain consistent engagement across all brand handles.
- Help create and organize content based on the monthly editorial calendar.
- Implement strategies to increase followers and engagement on platforms like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.

Community Engagement:

- Interact with followers and potential customers by addressing questions and feedback via social media pages.
- Foster relationships with online communities to drive engagement and loyalty.

Influencer Marketing:

- Build a database of influencers across categories and liaise with them to execute brand deals for clients.
- Manage influencer partnerships, ensuring brand deliverables are met and campaigns run smoothly.

Trends & Analytics:

- Research and stay updated on relevant social media trends, suggesting opportunities for moment marketing and engaging content ideas.
- Regularly review, analyze, and revise social media strategies based on performance metrics to improve engagement and brand visibility.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media management, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
- Creative Thinking: Strong ability to craft engaging content and captions for diverse brands.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), content scheduling platforms, and analytics tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with followers and influencers.
- Trend Awareness: In-depth knowledge of social media trends and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars, postings, and influencer collaborations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
