Position: Pharmacist Nurse

Location:

**Role Overview**:
One Health Assist is seeking a qualified and compassionate **Pharmacist Nurse** to join our dynamic healthcare team. This hybrid role combines clinical nursing duties with pharmaceutical responsibilities to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care. In addition to in-clinic support, the role involves **fieldwork** for community health initiatives such as **free health check-ups and tests**, in coordination with managers and other healthcare professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
- Dispense medications accurately and maintain pharmacy inventory.
- Educate patients on correct medication usage, potential side effects, and safety protocols.
- Support doctors and clinical staff in treatment plans and patient care activities.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient interactions, prescriptions, and nursing documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare, nursing, and pharmacy regulations and protocols.
- Provide first-aid and basic clinical support when necessary.
- Participate in **field activities** such as free health camps and awareness drives along with managers.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to improve patient outcomes and promote preventive healthcare.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Nursing (**GNM/B.Sc Nursing**) and Pharmacy (**D. Pharma/B. Pharma**).
- Valid and up-to-date **nursing and pharmacy licenses/registrations**.
- Strong knowledge of medications, dosages, side effects, and patient care procedures.
- Compassionate and patient-focused with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced** and mobile healthcare environment.
- Willingness to **travel locally** for field activities and community health outreach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
