**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products/services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate their benefits.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a friendly manner.
- Record and maintain accurate customer information and interactions in our database.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and sales conversions.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in tele calling or sales (preferably in a similar role).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant phone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
