As a **Telecaller** at FitClub, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing members, promoting our fitness programs, and assisting with membership inquiries. Your goal will be to drive membership sales and create a welcoming first impression of FitClub over the phone.
- **Job Title**: Telecaller
- **Location**: FitClub, Sushant Lok, Gurgaon
- **Availability**: Immediate joiner preferred

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective members to introduce FitClub’s services, promotions, and membership packages.
- Answer inbound calls and handle inquiries regarding memberships, classes, and facility details.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up with leads to convert them into memberships.
- Educate prospects about the benefits of FitClub’s fitness programs and services.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets and membership conversion goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with potential members.
- Support the sales team with lead generation and administrative tasks.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM management.

Pay: ₹8,655.80 - ₹25,914.13 per month

Supplemental Pay:
