**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
- Answer inbound inquiries about properties and services.
- Provide detailed information about available properties, prices, and amenities.
- Schedule site visits and follow up with clients to ensure attendance.
- Maintain a database of leads and update it with call details and outcomes.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and appointments.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [preferred languages, e.g., English and Hindi].
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle clients professionally.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of motivation and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
