**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors/clients with a positive attitude.
- Manage front desk operations including calls, couriers, and walk-ins.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols.
- Keep the reception area neat and presentable.
**Telecalling Duties**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers.
- Explain products/services and generate leads.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a call log.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams as needed.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or telecaller preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Customer-focused attitude with multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism and time management.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in customer service or telesales will be an added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
