As a Performance Marketer, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing efforts and achieving measurable results. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective performance marketing strategies across various channels to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**: Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel performance marketing campaigns, including but not limited to:

- Paid search (Google Ads)
- Social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Display advertising
- **Performance Optimization**: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
- **A/B Testing**: Conduct A/B tests to improve campaign performance and user experience.
- **Data Analysis**: Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights.
- **Budget Management**: Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular performance reports for the marketing team and executive leadership.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for data-driven decision making.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Austin Town, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
