1. **Guest Interaction & Service**:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their assigned tables.
- Provide guests with menus and information about daily specials or promotions.
- Ensure guests are seated promptly and comfortably, providing them with necessary utensils, napkins, and water.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding menu items, restaurant facilities, and services.
- Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professionalism while interacting with guests.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns efficiently, escalating issues to management as necessary.

2. **Reservations & Waitlist Management**:

- Manage reservations through the phone, online systems, or walk-ins, ensuring proper seating arrangements are made.
- Maintain an organized waitlist and inform guests of expected wait times.
- Adjust reservation schedules or seating arrangements as needed to accommodate changing guest flow.

3. **Food & Beverage Service Assistance**:

- Assist servers by ensuring guests’ needs are met, including refilling drinks, offering condiments, or clearing empty plates.
- Support with food delivery to tables and assist with food inquiries when needed.
- Help serve food and drinks to guests as directed by the server, ensuring accuracy and promptness.

4. **Dining Area and Restaurant Cleanliness**:

- Monitor dining area cleanliness and reset tables between guest seatings.
- Ensure dining room, entrance, and restrooms are clean, well-stocked, and welcoming.
- Assist with cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces, and organizing dining areas as needed.

5. **Teamwork & Communication**:

- Work closely with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure efficient and smooth service.
- Communicate guest needs and special requests to servers or managers.
- Assist with managing the flow of guests during busy times and help balance seating to optimize table turnover.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
