Medical Coordinator

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- **1. Clinical Coordination**:

- Coordinate with consultants, nursing, and paramedical staff to ensure timely delivery of patient care.

**2. Documentation & Compliance**:

- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient medical records, consent forms, and discharge summaries as per NABH guidelines.
- Assist in preparation and updating of policies, SOPs, and manuals related to clinical operations.
- Monitor medical records for completeness and initiate corrective actions as needed.

**3. Quality and Accreditation Support**:

- Actively participate in NABH-related audits, gap analysis, and compliance programs.
- Assist in implementation of Quality Indicators (QIs), Clinical Audits, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for clinical incidents.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, infection control protocols, and patient safety goals.

**4. Training and Awareness**:

- Coordinate and organize CMEs, clinical meetings, and NABH-related training programs for medical staff.
- Disseminate updated protocols and clinical guidelines to medical teams.

**5. Liaison Role**:

- Act as a liaison between consultants and the hospital administration to resolve operational challenges.
- Support in managing medico-legal cases, communication with relatives in complex cases, and addressing patient grievances in coordination with the patient safety officer.

**6. Operational Support**:

- Monitor daily clinical rounds, ensure documentation of progress notes and treatment plans.
- Help manage scheduling of consultants, OPD/OT coordination, and medical staff rosters as required.
- Report adverse events and ensure closure of clinical complaints as per hospital policy.
- Facilitate interdepartmental coordination for investigations, treatment planning, and referrals.
- Monitor and follow up on critical patient cases, admissions, and discharges.

**Required 3+ years experience.**

**Qualification - BAMS/MBBS Required.**

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
