We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic **Talent Acquisition Intern** to join our dynamic HR team. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about the recruitment process, assist in sourcing top talent, and support various administrative tasks related to hiring. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent management while contributing to the growth of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help in screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings.
- Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software and recruitment platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,024.02 - ₹15,000.00 per month
