**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide information about products and services clearly and persuasively.
- Follow company guidelines and scripts while interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales performance.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: [Minimum qualification, e.g., High School/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree]
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in [mention required languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to handle customer objections and resolve concerns professionally.
