System Infra Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (SISPL) is a manufacturer of telecom equipment such as Retrofit Controller, AMF Panel, DC Energy Meter, Dual DG Panel, Free Cooling Unit, and similar products. Established in the telecom sector since October 2000, SISPL aims to become an end-to-end cost-effective Infrastructure Support Partner (ISP) to the Global Telecom Industry and others as well.
**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at SISPL's Delhi office. The Receptionist will be responsible for a variety of clerical tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, and performing general administrative duties.Coordinate with a customer for payment follow-up
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
**Qualifications**
1. Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
2. Strong Clerical Skills and ability to multitask
3. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software
5. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
6. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and record-keeping a plus
7. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred, but not required
