**Role Overview**

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Digital Marketing Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. This role primarily focuses on performance marketing, followed by content ideation and cross-team collaboration with graphics, website, and sales teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Performance Marketing_

Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

Execute lead generation campaigns and achieve Market Qualified Leads at the lowest cost possible

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.

Report on key metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Other Marketing Activities_

Collaborate with the content team for ideation and implementation of ad creatives.

Coordinate with graphics, website development, and sales teams to align campaign goals and execution.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the marketing funnel.

**Requirements**:
Experience: 1-3 years in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.

**Skills**:
Hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Strong understanding of ads terminology.

Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel.

Experience in lead generation campaigns (preferred).

**Soft Skills**:
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
