**Responsibilities**:
Develop and Execute Channel Strategy: Create and implement an effective channel strategy to identify, recruit, and onboard distributors for our products and services.
Partner Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with distributors, serving as their main point of contact. Regularly assess partner needs, performance, and satisfaction to enhance collaboration and achieve mutual business goals.
Coordinate with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with the support team, engineering team, and management to ensure effective communication and seamless delivery of products and services. Act as a bridge between partners and the engineering team to address technical requirements and provide timely solutions.
Sales and Marketing Campaigns: Develop and manage sales and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to generate leads, promote products, and increase brand visibility. Analyze campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Sales Performance Management: Monitor and manage sales performance by tracking key metrics, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement. Optimize partner sales activities to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
Channel Conflict Resolution: Coordinate with other sales channels within the company to minimize conflicts and ensure a cohesive sales approach. Foster a collaborative environment to drive cross-channel synergy and shared success.
Sales Forecasting and Opportunity Management: Conduct accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity analysis. Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
