**Job Title**: Lab Home Collection Executive / Technician

**Location**: UNITTAS Multispeciality Hospital, Tambaram

**Experience**: 0-3 years (Freshers with relevant qualification can apply)

**Qualification**: DMLT / B.Sc. (MLT) / Any relevant paramedical certification

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Visit patients’ homes for blood sample collection as per schedule.
- Ensure proper patient identification and labeling of samples.
- Maintain hygiene and follow all safety & infection control protocols.
- Transport collected samples safely to the laboratory within the required time.
- Handle patient queries politely and maintain good customer relations.
- Maintain proper records of collections and update in system/portal.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of phlebotomy techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, punctual, and customer-friendly.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas.

**Salary**: As per industry standards + incentives for collections.

**Other Benefits**: Conveyance allowance, mobile allowance (if applicable).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
