**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled **Phlebotomist for Home Collection** who will be responsible for collecting blood and other diagnostic samples from patients at their residences. The role requires punctuality, and adherence to safety protocols during home visits.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit patient homes for blood and sample collection as per assigned schedule.
- Verify patient identity and ensure informed consent before collection.
- Perform venipuncture or other required sample collection procedures.
- Label, pack, and transport samples safely to the lab within specified timelines.
- Maintain hygiene, infection control, and proper disposal of bio-waste.
- Ensure accurate documentation and update collection status in the system/app.
- Provide a comfortable and professional experience for patients.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Certification in Phlebotomy / Medical Lab Technician (MLT).
- Prior experience in sample collection, preferably home collection.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of local geography.
- Smartphone handling skills for app-based collection management.
- Excellent communication and patient-handling skills.
