JOB TITLE : USIT Recruiter, OPT Recruiter, Bench Sales Recruiter

Experience: 1 - 10 Years

Shift: US Shift - Work from Office ( On-site)

Working hours: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM Indian Standard Time (5 days in a week - Mon to Fri)

**Job Description**:

- Overseeing the entire recruit process from start to finish.
- Maintaining data reports and performance metrics.
- Manages the necessary sourcing and advertising of openings.
- 2-3 years recruiting experience in USIT.
- Negotiate offers and prepare the proper documentation.
- Follow company recruitment processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven ability to develop a proactive, sustained recruitment strategy for IT roles.
- Excellent computer skills (Proficiency in MS Office Suite is highly desired).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated track record of recruiting success in technical disciplines.

**Bench Sales Recruiter**

**Job Description**:

- Experienced with full cycle of Sales, gathering requirements, submitting consultants, bill
- rate confirmation, following up for interview schedules and paperwork.
- Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generating daily reports and updating them.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales and recruitment process.
- Excellent knowledge of Job Portal searches on the likes of LinkedIn, Dice, etc.
- Should have strong knowledge on various sourcing strategies.
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high
- paced, changing work environment. Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong internet research skills. Proficiency in MS- Office, including Word and Excel. Ability to grasp cutting-edge technologies.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
