**Job Title**: Steward
**Department**: Food & Beverage / Kitchen
**Job Summary**:
The Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen and food preparation areas. This includes cleaning dishes, utensils, and equipment, managing waste, and assisting with basic kitchen tasks to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces.
- Wash dishes, pots, and pans using manual and automated cleaning methods.
- Ensure proper storage of clean kitchen items.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and recycling in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation as needed.
- Follow hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and storage areas.
- Refill kitchen supplies such as soap, paper towels, and garbage bags.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or kitchen management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
