**What you’ll be doing...**
- Developing and demonstrating Omni-channel thinking, engaging customer experiences and personalized experiences using AI.
- Managing complex architectures and clearly communicating those architectures at both a technical and executive level. Find areas of agreement, brainstorm solutions, and gain consensus and alignment on solutions.
- Managing research, prototype, and documenting the organization's best practices using industry standards for new technology usage.
- Teaching best practices, system design principles and adoption of new technology or techniques.

**What we’re looking for..**

You’ll need to have:

- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
- Four or more years of relevant experience as a Solution Architect or Data Architect
- Design conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts
- Experience in Telecom BSS stack and various COTS products across BSS.
- Experience on enterprise Architecture tools (Visio, IBM Rational Software Architect, etc.).
- Ability to document end to end solution design, system impacts, and facilitate solution alignment & commitment
- Data Engineer building and supporting large-scale, business critical Warehouse and Data Lake on Google Cloud Platform(GCP)
- Exposure to SRE concepts
- Knowledge in skills to facilitate and document solutions architecture based on sets of requirements
- Knowledge on software technologies, like Microservices, Spring Boot, etc for Solution Architecture
- Knowledge on Data science concepts
- Ability to define Workflow and business process management.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

- A Master Degree.
- Experience on Amdocs, Adobe and Pega suite of products in building functions across BSS domains..like Sales Quote Order Experience, Order Delivery Orchestrator, Partner Relationship Management.
- OSS stack is an advantage and demonstrates the ability to create systems architecture and solution design.
- Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of existing, new and emerging technologies that enable and drive new business solutions and models.
- Experience in proactively identifying and remediating areas for process improvements.
- Experience in assisting operation teams and testing teams for any production issues.
- Experience in providing technical and process guidance to various IT teams.
- Experience in creating positive relationships with business and IT teams.
