**Key Responsibilities**
- Mine data from various sources, visualize and analyze complex data structures
- Manage data creation and distribution to meet contractual obligations
- Define, track, and develop key metrics
- Support development of performance tracking dashboards
- Collaborate across departments to understand data needs
- Provide ad hoc data analysis for special projects

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
- Experience in data mining, visualization, and analysis
- Intermediate SQL proficiency
- Experience in supporting Business Analysts with reporting
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Fundamental knowledge of data extraction from Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) using SQL, Teradata, or Python
- Basic understanding of Adobe and Google Tag Management Systems
- Practical experience in data analysis to identify trends and insights

**Essential Skills**
- Adobe Analytics Proficiency
- Google Analytics Proficiency
- SQL Experience
- Python

**Desired Skills**
- Tableau or other Data Visualization tools
- Statistical Analysis (especially for online experimentation)

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- Master's Degree in a quantitative field (preferred)
- 12+ years of work experience (10+ years in relevant field)

**Where you’ll be working**: In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

**Scheduled Weekly Hours**: 40
