**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage IT Infrastructure**: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Servers, network devices, and other IT infrastructure components.
- **Network Management**: Design, implement, and maintain network architecture, including LAN, WAN, and VPN.
- **Security Administration**: Configure and manage firewalls, ensure network security, and implement cybersecurity measures to protect company data.
- **Hardware & Software Maintenance**: Ensure the regular maintenance, upgrades, and patches of servers, routers, switches, and other hardware/software.
- **Technical Support**: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot issues related to IT infrastructure.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed documentation of IT infrastructure, configurations, and procedures.
- **Vendor Management**: Coordinate with vendors for purchasing hardware/software and managing service contracts.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor IT staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- **Project Management**: Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in managing Windows Server environments.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, routers, and switches from various vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, or CISSP are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
- Experience in a leadership role managing a team of IT professionals.
