**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create engaging and shareable content, including text, images, videos, and infographics for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising.
- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend new strategies to enhance our online presence.
- Engage with influencers, partners, and customers to build relationships and increase brand loyalty.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as design and content, to ensure consistency in brand messaging.

**Requirements**:

- Fresher or Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking and content creation abilities.
- Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
