**JOB BRIEF**

A result-driven Retail Sales Executive to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY**
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals
- Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams
- Monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
- Create methods for finding and saving online customer reviews
- Analyze the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan

**EDUCATION**

- Graduate in any discipline

**EXPERIENCE**

a. Minimum Experience Sales:

- 1 years

**BEHAVIOURAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS**

a. Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media

Specialist b. Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills c. Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge d. Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO e. Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels f. Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability g. Fluency in English h. Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools and Graphic designing tools.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
