8 Years of experience in Software **Testing & Quality Assurance**.
- Thorough understanding of Test Management and Defect Management processes.
- Solid understanding **Manual testing** process. In-depth knowledge of a variety of testing techniques and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of industry wide Quality & Test processes and practices.
- Experience of defining Test Data Profiling approaches and Test Data Management approaches.
- Strong Functional understanding of **Investment Banking**, Capital Markets.
- Strong knowledge on Database testing with experience in SQL and complex queries to support the testing.
- Hands-on experience of **HP ALM, JIRA**:

- Basic Knowledge on test automation preferred.
- Excellent written, oral communication skills. Ability to communicate conceptual ideas clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently or as a member of the team, Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task with mínimal supervision.
- Should be good team player with the right attitude. Adapt to the changes quickly
- Develop test scenarios, test cases and prepare suitable test data.
- Mentor peers and ability to resolve issues to best efforts
