**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and refine formulations for various cleaning products, including but not limited to floor cleaners, toilet cleaners, glass cleaners, dishwash liquids, and handwash solutions.
- Select and balance active and inactive ingredients to achieve optimal cleaning efficacy, stability, and safety.
- Recommend high-quality chemicals that maintain the effectiveness of each product, including surfactants, solvents, disinfectants, and other additives.
- Utilize preservatives, stabilizers, and other protective agents to ensure product shelf life and prevent microbial growth.
- Follow precise procedures and maintain accurate records throughout the formulation process to ensure consistency and quality control.
- Recommend best practices to ensure quality assurance and verify product performance, ensuring formulations meet Industry standards and any relevant regulatory requirements.

**Job Requirements**:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in formulating cleaning chemicals, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of domestic and industrial cleaning products.
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of commonly used chemicals and additives in cleaning formulations, including surfactants, emulsifiers, fragrances, and preservatives.
- Quality Standards: Familiarity with quality control measures and regulatory standards applicable to cleaning products, including safety data sheets (SDS) and labeling requirements.
- Process Knowledge: Proficiency in creating stable, effective, and environmentally-friendly cleaning solutions; experience with batch mixing, pH adjustment, and viscosity modification.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and a meticulous approach to formulation processes, ensuring accurate measurements and stability.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Ability to innovate and troubleshoot issues in formulations to enhance product effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of eco-friendly and sustainable chemical alternatives (optional).

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,604.42 per month
