Wedding Coordinator

**Planning**Meeting with the couple to understand their vision, budget, and requirements. Creating a timeline and floor plans. Confirming logistics and reviewing contracts with vendors.
- **Day-of coordination**Overseeing the wedding day, including the ceremony and reception. Ensuring the wedding runs smoothly and on time. Handling any issues that arise, such as miscommunication with a vendor or a decoration malfunction.
- **Supporting the couple**Providing guidance to the wedding party and guests. Being a support system on the couple's big day.
- **Advocating for the couple**Making sure things are done as promised and no corners are cut.

Other duties of a wedding coordinator include:

- Advising on wedding customs and etiquette
- Preparing proposals and quotations
- Agreeing prices with suppliers
- Researching new products, services, and suppliers
- Marketing the wedding planning service online
- Managing the rehearsal
- Handling final payments and gratuities
- Ensuring all important wedding materials and memories are returned to the couple

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
