Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Panvel. The Account Manager will handle client relationships, coordinate event logistics, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing accounts, developing service plans, managing budgets, resolving client concerns, and working closely with other teams to seamlessly execute events and stays. The role also involves ensuring the highest standards of service and personalized client interactions to enhance the guest experience.
