
Wedding and Events Coordinator

**1. Lead Generation & Sales**:
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Actively generate leads through various channels such as bridal shows, social media, referrals, and partnerships with vendors (e.g., florists, photographers).
**2. Client Relationship Management**:
- **Personalized Service**: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and desires for their wedding day, and offering personalized service to meet those expectations.
- **Consultation & Support**: Offer ongoing support throughout the wedding planning process, answering client questions, providing advice, and helping with decisions related to event planning.
- **Client Follow-Up**: Maintain regular contact with clients from the point of initial inquiry until the event day, ensuring that they feel supported and informed.
**3. Event Coordination (Sales Perspective)**:
- **Budget Management**: Assist clients in creating a wedding budget and ensure that the proposed solutions and packages stay within their financial constraints.
- **Vendor Liaison**: Work with external vendors (e.g., florists, photographers, DJs) to provide recommendations and ensure seamless integration of their services into the couple’s wedding plan.
- **Documentation & Contracts**: Prepare and manage contracts, ensuring all terms are clear and clients are informed about payment schedules, policies, and event details.
- **Event Timelines**: Work with the event planning team to develop event timelines, ensuring key elements (such as the ceremony, reception, dinner, and speeches) are scheduled efficiently.
**4. Marketing & Promotion**:
- **Brand Promotion**: Represent the venue or hotel at wedding fairs, bridal shows, and networking events to promote services and attract new clients.
- **Social Media & Online Presence**: Contribute to maintaining an active online presence through social media, website content, and blogs to attract prospective wedding clients.
- **Promotional Materials**: Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials, brochures, and packages to potential clients, ensuring the venue’s offerings are clearly communicated.
**5. Administrative Duties**:
- **Reporting & Sales Tracking**: Maintain detailed records of sales leads, client interactions, and booking status. Provide regular reports to management on sales targets, achievements, and trends.
- **Documentation & Filing**: Ensure all contracts, client communications, and event details are properly documented and stored for easy access.
- **Invoicing & Payments**: Ensure proper invoicing for services and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments are received before the wedding date.
**6. Post-Sale Client Care**:
- **Feedback Collection**: After the event, follow up with the couple to gather feedback on their experience, addressing any issues or concerns that arose during the event.
- **Relationship Building**: Foster long-term relationships with clients, encouraging them to return for future events (such as anniversaries) or refer other couples.
- **Referrals & Testimonials**: Encourage satisfied clients to leave reviews or testimonials and provide referrals to generate future sales.
- **Sales Presentations & Tours**: Provide potential clients with detailed information about the venue, wedding packages, and services offered. Conduct tours of the venue, showcasing available spaces for ceremonies and receptions.
- **Consultations**: Meet with couples to discuss their wedding needs and vision, offering expert advice on venue options, packages, catering, and other services.
- **Package Customization**: Create and customize wedding packages based on the couple’s preferences and budget, offering solutions for catering, décor, entertainment, and other services.
- **Sales Closure**: Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by addressing objections, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts. Ensure a smooth transition from sales to event planning.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
