**Customer Service Assistant**

Full time/Part time job

10 AM to 6 PM/ 11 AM to 5 PM

Saturdays working (occasionally)

Incentive based

Job profile includes
- Calling, Marketing, Student and Parent Counselling, maintaining records and basic administrative work.

You must be someone who can become a part of this team whole heartedly.

Show full dedication for the progress of the Learning gallery.

You should be an honest staff member who can display integrity at all times.

You must be able to deliver the desired results and work as per norms and ethics of the organisation.

You must be able to meet the performance targets to make the learning gallery stay prosperous.

Share ideas and innovative ways of doing things to make us different from the competitors.

Outdoor activities might be assigned occasionally.

You must be competent and interested in promoting the Training programs of the learning gallery by doing direct and indirect marketing. Word of mouth and social media portals can be used to promote the brand.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification:10 +2 Min
- Good Spoken English
- Pleasing Personality, willing to talk and convince students.
- You must be interested in solving client queries.
- Should be hardworking and dedicated to perform the duties.
- Should be ready to multi task.
- Should be very punctual.

Your interview will be in English, first round shall be conducted on telephone.

This will be an initial interview, after which you will be called to the learning gallery, if shortlisted.
