Telecaller (Female) - Immigration Services

We are looking for **female telecallers** to manage client queries, schedule consultations, and convert leads into successful clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client interaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address client queries regarding immigration services.
- Provide accurate and relevant information about study visas, work permits, and PR options.
- Follow up with potential clients to ensure engagement and interest.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Convert inquiries into consultations and close successful leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confidence and ability to engage clients professionally over the phone.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred (immigration experience is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple queries and prioritize tasks effectively.
