**Job Description: Female Telecaller**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic female telecallers to join our team. This role involves managing client queries, scheduling consultations, and converting leads into successful clients. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client interaction, we would love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address client inquiries about immigration services.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding study visas, work permits, and PR options.
- Follow up with potential clients to maintain engagement and drive interest.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Convert inquiries into consultations and drive successful lead closures.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident and professional phone etiquette.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred (experience in immigration services is a plus).
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple queries and prioritize effectively.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
