Telecalling Staff

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic **Customer Service Representative (Phone Calling)** to join our team. As a calling representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with outstanding service and support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers and follow up on leads or inquiries
- Provide clear and effective communication in both Hindi and English
- Resolve customer queries, provide solutions, and offer product/service information
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Achieve set call targets and goals

**Requirements**:

- Fresher or Experience in a similar role (telecalling, customer service, or sales)
- Strong verbal communication skills in **Hindi and English**:

- Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
- Proficient with basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software, etc.)
