**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a Documents Analyst with an understanding of Shipping Documents to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling all Operational and Documentational related activities of the organization. This job is located at Worli, Mumbai

**Reporting**:
Asst Documentation Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare all PDF Bills of Lading as per instructions of Asst Manager.
- Log and record each Bill of Lading created.
- Log and record each transaction handled.
- Maintain MIS of all customers for all Bills of Lading issued.
- Ensure proper communication with agents for Documentation.
- Ensure proper communication with customers for Documentation.
- Incharge of ensuring all documents are ready and provided for all internal teams.
- Evaluate, coordinate and schedule domestic incoming and outgoing shipments via freight, truck and air.
- Record all truck dispatches and match them with internal audits.
- Review and distribute all shipping documents internally.
- Arrange for filing VGM and all other export related documents with shipping line.
- Arrange for filing of all SI and Bill of Lading instructions with shipping line.
- Arrange for coordination of container movement and IGM for Import shipments.
- Arrange for coordination of all empty returns of Import shipments.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Working knowledge of both export & import logistics and Cross Trade Logistics
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel and Word
- Strong customer service, organizational, verbal and written skills
- Ability to work both as part of a team
- Technical or college courses are a plus

**Education and Experience**:

- Graduate Degree or equivalent required.
- 1+ years’ global shipping and logistics experience
- Basic Knowledge of Indian Road Transport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
